Synthesized re-recordings of famous horror movie themes.

Even if this album isn't ambitious enough to try to use many actual instruments, it's wise enough to include songs that either were synthesized in the first place or don't suffer too much from being rendered through a synthesizer. Witness the choice of not including the theme to Psycho in favor of its twisted clone, Re-Animator. The arrangements of the pieces, not to mention the performances (including a sensitive rendering of the theme to Jacob's Ladder), are also superior to many others of Horror Movie Madness's type. Recommended, even for horror fans, but still not for purists.
