It's funny. Dream Demon has some repetition in it--the characters have to do the same things several times during the course of the film. Normally that would be irritating, but it just seems to fit in this film. It deals with a mirror universe, but doesn't get too much into it--this is a movie that seems to know it doesn't have a whole lot of heft. Most of all, the film suceeds in capturing the slightly sickening feeling of a recurring nightmare. Not bad.(Feb 8, 1999/Dec 7, 1999)
