Kinky in a safe sort of way; fun but not particularly interesting. There are a few moments in Stuart Gordon's piece that are actually pretty scary, but the rest of it is kind of forced--it deosn't possess the atmosphere a movie of this kind needs. Jeffrey Combs is nicely weird, as usual, and Barbara Crampton turns in a good performance as scientist Roberta Bloch (and she looks great in S&M gear). Good and weird. (Mar 26, 2000)
