The tagline for this film is "For God's Sake, Send It Back!" What an easy target. Anyway--I spent the entire time watching this film waiting for the good part to arrive. For some reason, the action felt like it was leading up to something. Instead, the film kills a kid off every twenty or so minutes, then returns us to the exact same question--did the girl do it? I've a better question--who cares?--and a comment--this film is like The Bad Seed except it lacks that film's philosophical questioning. Minus half a star for all the films The Godsend rips off.(Sep 9, 1999) | ||||||
