Calling this a thinly-veiled commercial would be an exaggeration. All Da Hip Hop Witch is is a staggeringly unentertaining promotional piece for rappers you've probably never heard of. And although some of them may be great on stage--I wouldn't know--few of them have any sort of comedic talent. The macho/a ad-libbing (God, I hope this is improv and not scripted) blurs toward the end; the only person who sticks out is Eminem, and he's made a career out of being slightly clownish. The identity of the Witch is slightly amusing, even if it makes no sense, but I after an hour and a half of mind-numbing boredom, I didn't care. (Oct 29, 2001)
