Christopher Lee plays another stiff in this one, but Peter Cushing and Telly Savalas seem to be having a good time. The premise of this film is solid, but becomes, unfortunately, predictable; knowing where (and who) the monster is doesn't help the tension level. And I'm still trying to figure out the religious-nut character. Enjoyable but forgettable. (Sep 9, 1999)
